Coles is giving a unique customer experience by promoting new products exclusively and telling the customer to try them. For coles brands, they are promoting 100% satisfaction or you can return the product after trial.

Yes! you are right, you are getting the coles catalogue in your mailbox. Coles is distributing the catalogues at the checkout counter and also advertise via letterboxing. Flybuys holders are getting in their mailbox about the deals.
